Warranty provisions
Warranty period
1 year warranty
Guarantee
Failure of electronic circuit parts / mechanical parts and exterior parts (only when a natural failure occurs under normal use conditions).
* Excludes changes in appearance due to small scratches or dirt on the strap and glass, case, and parts that occur during use.
* As a general rule, the warranty is repair and adjustment. When repairing, some replacement parts may be used.
Possession of repair parts
Normally, we have repair parts for 10 years after the end of sales, but please note that we may use replacement parts with different appearances when repairing.
When not covered by warranty
Even during the warranty period, repairs will be charged in the following cases.
《strap》
The life of the product varies depending on the usage conditions and maintenance conditions, so it is not covered by the warranty.
《Changes in appearance》
Changes in appearance that occur during use such as scratches on the case, windshield, and bracelet ・ Failure or damage due to incorrect use or carelessness (impact, drop, corrosion due to chemicals, etc.) ・ Failure or damage due to modification, etc. Battery replacement is not covered by the warranty.
《Wet》
Wetness of non-waterproof watches is not covered by the warranty. Even if the model is waterproof, if the case is opened even once, it must be inspected for airtightness before it can be guaranteed.
《Remodeling etc.》
Repair / modification by the customer, or malfunction or damage due to incorrect use or carelessness.
《Natural disasters, etc.》
Failure or damage due to natural disasters, fires, accidents, etc.
《Insufficient warranty, etc.》
If the warranty card is not presented, or if the warranty card does not include the model number, store name, or date of purchase, or if the wording is rewritten.
